Dhanush's next Hindi film on hold
Bejoy Nambiar had cast Dhanush and Harshvardhan Rane as the leads in a remake of Mani Ratnam's Tamil action-drama, Agni Natchathiram which narrates the story of two step brothers. The film was supposed to be shot between August and October, but due to Dhanush's prior commitments down South, this movie has been put on hold.
Sources reveal, "Dhanush's look didn't work out as planned and his dates were clashing with previous commitments down South. The film has been put on the backburner till these issues are resolved. Bejoy has already moved on to another project, a Malayalam-Tamil bilingual. He is busy with the casting; this film should take off by October."
After the Malayalam-Tamil bilingual, Bejoy will work on another project for which he is apparently in talks with Farhan Akhtar. Well, we hope Bejoy and Dhanush work out the dates very soon!
